Any Louisiana musicians?
« on: April 17, 2006, 10:31:16 PM »
I'm just curious to see if there are any Louisiana organists & pianists. If so, let me know who you are and who you play for.

Hey y'all, I'm from the New Orleans area (Norco, LA). You probably never even heard of it. Right now I'm in Lake Charles going to school. I'm the lead musician of the McNeese State University Higher Level Gospel Choir. Y'all should check us out!

Yes indeed I heard of Norco. I use to drive through Norco, from Avondale (taking all the back roads) to get to Reserve when I worked at Pepsi.

My husband have family in Lake Charles too.

Avondale...yes ineed! I love a back road! The sad thing about Norco is that once you pass Shell, that's a wrap. So Sister T, you've heard of Montz, too?

Sister T, would you happen to know a woman named Mayme D. Gardner? She was my piano teacher.
