OK ~ All ya'll done gone TOO FAR in discriminating on the chicken parts!  :( Yes, I love fried backs (especially the tail part), and fried livers AND gizzards!  :o  And yes, I do like fried chicken necks as well (with the skin off).   :D :D

 I am a White  Meat  lady, chick wings are ok. Sometimes legs. I hardly eat legs anymore.

add another chicken lover to the list. As a matter of fact when I visit my mom in Va, i make sure I stop by the local drive in on the way back to md and pick me up a 12 pack, lg fries and lg pepsi, with Texas pete!!!!

Have you noti ced that some of the most run down places serve some of the best soul food??  One day, a friend of mine took me to this little chicken joint.  I was almost scared to get out the car, but they had some of the best chicken in the world.
