Have you tried practiing your scales (major, chromatic, blues ect.) everyday? Once you can practice those with ease, the runs won't be as hard for you.

I think the only way I can get my basslines right was to listen to quartet music...Canton Spirituals, Eternal Life, Keith "Wonderboy" Johnson. These have medium tempo so you can get the basslines easily from them.  That may help to develop your ear better as well.

Hope this helps

RH:

High F, Eb, Db, C, Bb, C, Bb, Ab, F, Eb, Db
you can see the pattern.

Try this run in Eb. It's similar to the one u typed above:

Eb, Db, Bb, A, Ab, Gb, Eb, Db, Bb, A, Ab, Gb, Eb, Db, ...... (notes)
 4    3    2   1   3    2    1    3    2    1   3    2    1    3   (fingering)

When u start the run, start high with the 4th finger, then the rest is just 3, then 2, then 1, then 3, then 2, u get the idea?
