Definitely exercising. I work 12 hours, so I try to take a 20 minute "Walk in the Spirit" break (DVD). There's also a gospel aerobics workout, but I think I may be tooooo white to get the dance steps down!
I have a link that VTGUY sent me about Christian workout... I think he was trying to tell me something........ Allthough he has never seen me before...lol.

This is called the 'church folk diet'or the new name for it 'the redemptive diet' You get saved in church on Sunday or hear a good word, and run and start a plan that you execute for maybe one or two days....and oh Lord, don't miss midweek Bible Study......
