I haven't seen many texans on here...

My cousin lives in Dallas, and knows quite a few musicians, hit me with your info, and I will pass it along to him to see if he knows any good Bass players.

There's this guy in Fort Worth named Snap Andrew who is super nasty on a 5-string Lakland. He was rated the #1 gigging bass player in New Orleans, but He relocated there after the hurricane, and I heard he was going back and forth from DFW to SanAntonio to do gigs. I'll try to get his info for you b/c he likes to jam and teach others.
