From BibleGateway.com I get the following:
From Genesis through Revelation, the word or some form of the word "worship" is used 250 times. Not all of them are of a useage from man-to-God but many of them are and the general context that the word is used is one that is not to be taken lightly.
In the same way, the word "praise" or a form of the word is found 351 times from Genesis to Revelation and, again, not every useage is one of praise from man-to-God but in all situations it's useage is not one that is to be taken lightly.
From my own understanding of all of this:
It seems that "praise" is to "give thanks" and "worship" is to "bow down", although the hebrew definitions of both praise and worship are several and context comes into play to determine which hebrew word applies to what situation but in the context in which I think that's being refered to in the original post, imma go with the following:
praise = give thanks
worship = bow down
