Hard Disk Recorders

I'm looking to invest in a HDR anybody have any suggestions. I would like to tape Sunday Morning Worship  Service and basic recording. Thanks for your help

are you going to be tracking? If not get a sony cd recorder if so it depends on your budget. I use the Roland VS2480 but I wouldn't recommend it if you only are interested in basic recording. If you are just doing basics I would go with a fostex or zoom. You can find these at some great prices and still get a great sould if you use a good mic.

YOu can try Tascam recorders...good quailty too for less

I used to have a Tascam 2488- you have 8 inputs (4 XLR) and up to 24 tracks to work with, and it costs 800-900 dollars depending in where you get it
