I went to guitar center and I found a DW 5x14 Maple snare for $289 and I was originaly priced and $340. Im thinking about going back to get it soon. Its brand new! Everyone knows that  GC  NEVER tune the drums there! It was tuned pretty low and i stilled loved it! Is this a good deal because I love Yamaha and i know some of u have DW stuff and i

Good qustion....  I've never played vic 5a's....  Don't plan on picking them up either.

I was in a hurry because I had to go to class, so the grammer might have been shaky...lol. I might get it but It could be a while before I do. When correcting yourself and proving a point that you did, make sure you actually type that statement correctly. "Hey JFunky is THIS grammAr tight enough 4 ya?"

I have to hold out a little bit longer to get it because I need a way down there..lol. I also found a good price on a DW nickel snare drum I think it was like $175 plus shipping so It would end up being about $195. The guy said he only played it once. If any of you are looking for one,just go to EBAY check it out. By the way the size is 5x14. ;D ;)
