chords printed on the message boards

Someone else posted a message that expressed the same question I have but, thought that it was too dumb to ask.   If a chord is posted as (ie) FC/AbEbGBb{Eb+#3}, what do I utilize here, what fingering?

just as you see, now remember, you can do it whatever way is more comfortable, but keep the order, this chord, wants you to cross over you hands, and their is nothing wrong with that! try it! if your hands are small like mines, then put the Ab  in you left..... and play the rest in your right, it's called improvising............not litterally! but do it anyway thats comfortable to you! just keep the order........
