Correction...on dat second chord, the G# is actually an F#.... its an F# minor chord

thanks for the help, i was hearing it in Eb, but your key will help me streach my chords cause i hate playing in E. can you give me the rthym count for the second part since i am using the same chords through out. thx and God bless.

I love this song.  I been meaning to chord it out, but I haven't found the time to do so.  The song is in the key of E, I may be back with some chords later.  Keithboy gave u the basic progression for the whole song, it's just a 1-3-2-6-4 all the way through.
