HELLO Lysha,
WELL, THINK OF IT IN SCALE DEGREES, IN Db YOU HAVE:
1_Db
2_Eb
3_F
4_Gb
5_Ab
6_Bb
7_C
8_Db
AS YOU CAN SEE, Gb IS FOUR SCALE DEGREES AWAY, AND THE 5TH IS ONE WHOLE STEP FROM THAT, THAT'S YOUR 1_4_5. FOLOW THAT CONCEPT IN EVERY KEY.

Lysha,
Try this for the right hand
I is Db chord in root position spelled Db F Ab
IV is Gb chord in second inversion spelled Db Gb Bb
V is Ab chord in first inversion spelled C Eb Ab
Thst is pretty simple and you dont have to move all of your fingers each time.
For the left hand you can use root (or root and fifth )
That would look like this
left hand / right hand
I. Db (Ab) / Db F Ab
IV. Gb (Eb) / Db Gb Bb
V. Ab (Eb) / C Eb Ab
also...if you want your V chord to be a V7 (dominant 7th ) spell the right hand like this....... C Eb Gb Ab
God bless and I hope this helps ya
