I'm running the Gnome desktop and the background is from http://www.deviantart.com.

** Steps out of lurkdom**

Here's my home desktop... Dual booting Ubuntu/XP.  I'm doing the same on my laptop.

Running Conky instead of GDesklets, Firefox, Opera, and other apps that I can't remember off the top of my head since i'm at work and not at home.    I have no idea where i found the wallpaper.  I just thought it was cool.   My wallpaper changes every 10 minutes.   This was the one that happened to be the lucky one.

I'd be interested to hear how this thread develops.   It would be nice to breathe life into older machines and put them to use in the church.
