Hey Dave,

Do you think you could do "Friend of God" and "I Will Search" in the same format as you did "You are Good"?

I just bought an acoustic because of the demand for that style of playing in our churches now, but I am not familiar with the style. It would be a great help to me and, I'm sure others who want to play these.

This video was a great help! ;)

Your "Indescribable" video was on point also! I have never heard that song before, but now I am on my way after work to go and purchase that CD (not cassette, Gib ;))!

Keep it coming!!!

I'll be doing "I Will Search" next...along with "Sweet Home Alabama"...there's just too many people out there incorrectly teaching the intro to that tune and I've got to put a stop to it.  ;D

So, is it the incorrect C chord that irks you, or the incorrect "bun-dun-daw-dee-dun-daw-dee-duh" part? lol (that would be the little hammer-on/pull-off thingy as it would sound verbalized...)

I, personally am still a fan of the "bun-daw-doo-do-daw-doo-do-wahhh" lick...  ;D

I just might need medication... (j/k)

No, the C chord is correct...although it's somewhat of a Cadd9...what irks me most is that most of the people I see teaching it on YouTube play it as if they've never heard the song but once on the radio.
I'll post it up soon enough. If I can get Ed King to give me a thumbs up, that'll probably help.  :)

That's what I meant, no one ever uses the add9 thing. I was mostly being goofy anyhow. Very odd mood last night...

You actually know Ed, or was that gtrdave wit? I need more connections lol.

I know Ed from years ago on the Skynyrd forum and on his own current forum, plus I've talked to him on the phone and almost met up with him last time I was in Nashvegas but our schedules conflicted.
He's a pretty good guy as far as I can tell.
