Scratch that...I just checked out the video on YouTube.
Seems easy enough...typical Gospel-type progression...keyboard heavy...here's the basics as far as I can tell:

All chords hold for 2 beats except where I noted...
C (4 beats) - Bm7b5 - E7/G# - Am - D9 - Gm7 - C9 - Fmaj7 (4 beats) - Em7b5 - Am7 - Dm7 - C/E - F - F/G (1 beat) - G (1 beat) and back to the top.

During the verse (third time through?) they sub the Dm7 chord for a D/F# (4 beats) and then go to what sounds like an Fm/G (4 beats) and then back to the top. They repeat this alt. progression further on in the song.

NICE WAY TO PLAY IT,IS TO GET THE SHEET MUSIC OF IT,AND PLAY IT CHORD MELODY STYLE.OF COURSE,IT IS NOT GUITAR DRIVEN AT ALL >:(

Yeah, it's a somewhat learned skill. I've always had a good ear but I've continued to improve it over the years and Gospel music always challenges me since there always seems to be an excess of compound chords and some counter-melody going on. It makes it tough to discern exactly what's going on but through repetitive listening it becomes fairly easy to do.
And I can thank a car ride I had with Jerry Peters a few years ago for really inspiring me to pick up this skill.  ;D

btw: That E7/G# chord may not be exactly right for every progression but I think it works for most of them and if you play it you won't be too far gone.

I've had the privilege of playing a couple Gospel concerts with Jerry.
At one we were doing in Orlando, my friend Dennis, who had organized the concert and whom led the band, and I and Jerry were driving to the rehearsal for the show and we're trying to learn this new song that Dennis wanted to play that night (I forget the name).
It had this crazy chord progression with all of these extended and compound chords that I could hear but couldn't really define.
Well, Jerry could.  ;D He just listened to it a couple times and started calling the chords out...somethin' somethin' b5, m9, half diminished over Db and so on...and by him naming out the notes, I was then able to hear them more clearly.
That one car ride had a huge impact on my ability to listen and discern and then play.

there are exercises that you can do to improve your ear in that area. if you practice listening to intervals and how they interact with a root not that helps. if you just play different chords, both simple and extended/compound over the same root....you'll begin to hear how the intervals interact and then you will start to recognize them when you hear them.

usually when i hear a chord i know it immediately...and it's just come from paying attention to how intervals work together.
