Endurance

I was going through some of my "old" music, and found something that would work for endurance training, what do you think?

Is that Randy Jackson on bass? I know he played with Jean Luc, but I don't remember if it was in the late 70s or early 80s.

If it is the Mystical Adventures lp, then yes that's Randy Jackson on bass, but if it's Engnematic Ocean or and earlier recording, then it's Ralph Armstrong.

Now you want to build endurance, I got one for ya

Try playing 7-8 sets a night with only one day off  :on You'll have all the endurance you need after this.

That was the last cut on this album.  I think it's before Enigmatic Ocean --- Wow, that was Yeeeeears ago!  I'm starting to feel REAL old.  I bought this album, didn't know what to do with it cause I couldn't listen and pick up.  Man, if I knew then what I know now.  Are you talking about American Idol's Randy Jackson?  He plays like that??

Nope, that was one year after, 1978, according to Amazon.

Yep, that Randy Jackson. He is a bass monster. He was at Southern University when I was there, tearing it up. Here is a list of some of his credits. http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:09fixqyhldhe~T4
