i was wondering what drum head choices that you guys and gals have been the most pleased with . ive never tried aquaruiam. i currently use a combination of remo and evans, all one ply heads clear, except for my snare which is an evans coated with the sound control ring around the edge.

if you don't like alot of overtone use evans g2 or hydraulic,or remo pinstripe or emperor . for the snare use remo emperor. :)  :)

I agree the, Remo Pinstripe drum head is very good. I have the Ebony Remo pinstripe drumhead which is very nice but it can get marked up easily if you use sticks with nylon tips and you do not wipe the head off after using it.
