And this brother who visited our church was playing of the hook and he played both sheet music and by hear.He was playing on the church Yamaha organ, and when I finally after allot of prayer during the church service I went up to him and then I saw for the first time in my life how someone was moving his feet on the bass pedals of the organ it surely was amazing.
But to my disappointment he couldn’t help me in finding a teacher who play only gospel music.He said that he was to in patient to give lessons himself and refer me to the Jazz Workshop in town. And there goes another opportunity in finding someone that can play by hear and play gospel music. At the end of the day I had to realize not my will by thy will O Lord as I continue to pray for God to sent someone on my way to help me on this journey of playing for him.
This really reminded me of you Hammondman of your testimony you gave on hear&play.
But thank GOD I still have you guys on this site to help me out.
