What do you guys do for a living?
« on: August 21, 2008, 10:05:59 PM »
If you play or "do" (for lack of a better word) music for a living, you're doing what we all want to do!

I work for a solar energy company. It's a start up company with tons of promise to be very successful. We've been around for a year setting up infrastructure and many other things. I mainly do amateur graphic design, website management, and whatever else our company needs like answering phones, taking out trash, etc.

For everybody else, I think it would be interesting to find out what everyone does around here for work right now? Don't be ashamed. I don't have my dream job right now, but I'm thankful.

Currently I am a freelancing Web Designer establishing my client base in order to begin my own design firm later this year. The firm will focus on Web/New Media and Brand Development.

Music is still a focus but during this season teaching and playing/gigging has been put on the back burner. THis actually will help to more firmly place the music. Working on the music without working on the music, LOL.
