« on: August 27, 2008, 11:28:44 AM »
It's been a while but I'm back. thinking of either a Avatar 212 or 410 with a carvin b1500. does anyone have experience with either or both? I need some input. Thanks fam and I'll try to stay around more often.

I have an avatar 210 that's been rock solid since the day I bought it (I'm the 3rd owner IIRC).  My only grip thus far has been the horn....it's a bit harsh compared to some other companies but that's not really a fair comparison considering their price range.  For the money, you can't go wrong with an avatar cab.

I plan to own a 4x10 and 2x12 from avatar. I will be getting the 4x10 first. To match my my rack which has a tech21 pre amp in it. After I get the 4x10 I will try to sell my GK Backline full stack to pay for the avatar 2x12 and a BBE maximizer.

I have a B410, a B212 and a B210 Neo. All wonderful cabinets. The B210 is 4 ohm and is a light, capable, very portable box.

Avatar cabs are definitely well worth the money, and they don't cost much compared to other cabs.  Our setup is a GK Backline 600 with an Avatar Neo 410.  Hands down, the Avatar is a great buy.
