Thanks.
That's great advice!
UPDATE: Last night the leader of the band canceled rehearsal and set it up for next week. I can't make it next week cause I have to work. We only rehearse together once a month so I now have the rest of the month to learn these songs! God is good!
Another update: So the practice is tomorrow and I'm STILL not ready. Sheesh! February was more hectic than expected. On top of that I'm stuck on "Lord Your Are Good" by Israel Houghton. After the chorus finishes the second time the guitarist is doing a bunch of stuff and I'm stuck, mainly, on that. The other things I'm stuck on in the song can be worked out pretty easily, IMO. The other songs are "Bless The Lord" by Tye Tribbett and GA, "Love Medley" by God's Chosen, and "Glorious" by Martha Munizzi.
I'm nervous because, like I said, this group ALWAYS sees me at my worse. God may not give me more practice time, but I know he's got this...but I'm still nervous. It seems kinda backwards to say, "I know he's got this" followed by "but I'm still nervous" IMO.
