Any of you use famous guitar players licks in praise and worship?

I'm guilty as charged.We do a song "Praise him"(Praise him in morning,noontime,eve,etc.)and do it in a funk style. While I don't play "funk" style,I added some Eric Clapton riffs on this song.I use the lead riff of the chorus on "After Midnight".I couldn't help myself,it fit the song IMO. Everybody,including my pastor thought so too. Do you all do this too?

Are you kidding?!

I rip Clapton riffs all the time. I totally rip BB King riffs and when we play songs that have a 1-4-6-5 progression i rip these riffs:
