I have one of his old recordings.  An old school guy that I know has the original in vinyl (record) and it is smoking.  Real funky, real 70's dirty sound.  I love it.  I also have an old Mahavishnu Orchestra, that's with Billy Cobham.   Billy's single stroke rolls are just ridiculous.  It's no wonder Dennis Chambers loves this guy so much. To answer your post though, Lenny was and still is sick on the set.

Yo Lenny White is verrrryyy nice.  I got this cd from a friend of mine that Lenny did recently called "Edge" and he is verrryyy nice... I'm surprised somebody mentioned him on this site bcuz he is  slept on...
