Piano Lessons
« on: February 02, 2005, 03:00:50 PM »
Hey, my name's Tatiana.  I'm a classicaly trained piano player, but I"m a big gospel music fan.  I'm looking for someone in the Atlanta area who's willing to give gospel piano lessons.  I don't have too much to pay you (i'm still a student), but I really need to do this for myself.  I hope to get good enough one day to play for different churches in order to make money for recording equipment.  So i f you're in the Atlanta area and you can help me out, I would appreciate it if you contact me.

Thank you,
Tatiana

P.S.  Please don't send me any offers about DVDs or online lessons b/c I don't learn well with those material.

You should go to a professional. And mostly the people in music stores are in school for what they are teaching you. So its not always a bd thing because everyone has to start somewhere to gain experience.  Houston Piano Lessons

Check out:  http://ladysonyamusic.com/

She is in the north atlanta area near briarcliff rd.  She teaches to read and play by ear.  She teaches gospel and other styles also.  She has a deal if you take 8 lessons a month 2 a week you pay $180.  If you break that down thats only $22.50 per lesson.
GOD Bless!

What music did you play with your piano instrument. And what is your advice to whom want to learn about piano.
