I didn't have time to chord the whole song. But I can tell you it starts in Db modulates 1/2 step up to D and the rest of the song is in Eb. I was listening to a You tube version. hope this helps some.  The intro the way I hear it

1.C,Db,C,Bb
2.Ab,Bb,Ab,Gb,
Walk,
3.Db,Eb,E,Gb,Ab,,Ab,Gb,F, ,Eb, Db
