That's hot. I was aware of Brubaker doing this but I've been lobbying for more bass manufacturers to do this. Same with pickups. Just pull 'em out and pop in a new set! By the way, I loved the Sadowsky pre-amp the best of those 3!

No doubt!  That's an awesome idea....I wonder how much each module would cost? Gotta have em in lefty configuration too!!!

I was def feelin that Aguilar OBP-3 pre the most but the Bart was def a very close 2nd!

Ok, I think I'm sold onto what I want for Christmas. I think this is the best idea since sliced bread. Many different basses, with one bass. WOW!!! Time to do some more research on this company.

I stopped myself several times from posting a "REALLY?!" response.

I got smashed earlier for this, but FINGERS and TOUCH and PRACTICE can make a squire sound as good as anything. Play it, and SHUT UP!

No, Really. ;D

I was just looking at that on the site. Not to mention I'm guessing these module have to run at least 300 bucks and he has 5 of them and wants more. :o But considering his a "featured artist" I don't he's taking too big of a financial hit from these upgrades
I must say that is very cool, but I don't see this catching on. Now if someone were to make quick change pickups. ;D

A friend of mines says the wait on his brubaker was 2 years... so if you want it for Christmas, that prop won't happen.

With the added price tag of 1k for the module, I won't be perchasing a bass just for those features. Cool concept, but the price must come down before I'll do that. I might just see about creating my own modules. How hard could it be? Who knows? there's only one way to find out. ;D

Is the $1K price for the modules or for the modification to the bass to be able to interchange modules? I can't see paying $1K for each module!

I would hope that you receive at least 3 modules for the 1K price.
