No workout today :( (I've been pretty consistent about taking the stairs up from the 3rd floor to my 6th floor office). I did do my morning walk, as usual.

I just ate a 6-cheese bagel with butter; probably going back for a second one. Delish.

This morning (and most mornings), three strips of bacon and a fruit smoothie (fresh made, not store bought).

Yup.  I was pretty big and had to lose quite a bit of weight.  The last time I was skinny was about 10yrs ago.

Uh, I'm pretty sure we met in '07 or '08 and you weren't nowhere near fat.  ?/?

This morning I'm having oatmeal and a banana (it's time to go grocery shopping, lol).  I've been slacking on my workout since I had to take that break.  I have to get back into it. 

Going home for a wedding this weekend, planning now because I want to stick to my plan and definitely don't want to gain.  I don't know what they'll serve at the wedding, but I figure I'll save any indulgence for that day, and I just have to find the numbers on Winger's chicken wings, because I know we will be hitting them up while we're there, LOL!

I was nowhere near skinny either.   :D

I was probably 190 - 195lbs when we met.

No seriously, 195 for a 5'10" or 5'11" guy isn't skinny at all. It's surely not fat, but it's not skinny.

Yup.

It is soooo easy to fall off and return to old habits.  I still want to eat McDonald's and pizza every day.  I still want to drink soda and eat Iced Honey Buns every day.  Letting your workouts slip is the first step to backsliding!

Nessa, no more excuses for you!  Get back to working out!

It sure is. I used to go hard 6 times a week. Now I'm down to 2 or 3, mostly because of school.

3-4 times per week is good.  6 is great but hard to maintain.
