If you understand the 1st four minutes of this video then you have a pretty good handle on theory. I found this while searching for vocal techniques.

WOW, I understand everything he said, lol. This has me curious to look at more videos of his teaching. Like he said, I love the simple things in music (scales, notes, intervals, etc.) and this guy sounds like a great teacher.
