To me, a bad start for both teams. Feel like Miami is not playing to their full potential right now. Again, the biggest thing that bothers me about Dallas is that sometimes they remind me of the Orlando Magic....too dependent on the jumpshot.

Looks like a typical Miami Heat playoff game to me.

Man it's hard to hate a team that plays defense like the Heat. What a difference Udonis Haslem has made.

This. All of their game start off boring and then they HEAT up....pun intended.  ;)

Wow! Bibby has got to stop shooting. Miami needs to have Chalmers out there!

Dirk is going to have to play aggressive for Dallas to have a chance in winning tonight. Lebron's 3 point shooting has DEFINITELY got better.....SMH!!!

It's OVAH!!! There's no way in the world Dallas can possibly win this series with Wade and James playing like this. NO WAY!!!!!

For real.  When one of them catches fire you're in serious trouble of losing the game.

But when both catch fire at the same time?   :-\

Right!

I feel like if Miami wins game 2, it's a wrap! I expect Miami to win 2 out of 3 even though it's possible Dallas could win all 3 at home....na. Miami can go back home leading 3-2 and end it in Miami. I'm not pro-Lebron but it's beginning to feel like "meant to be" type thing.

But when both catch fire at the same time?   :-\

Exactly why they came together.

2 things:

1. There's an idea out there that more "Big 3" teams should form. I get that and I get the idea that it takes multiple stars to win championships, but what about these teams that can't compete? One of the reasons why I expect a lockout and a potential loss of games is that the owners want to make things fair and competitive for all. Yet at the same time, this league is all about titles. So idk. I guess this is why I don't like the Heat but it's whatever. They about to win the title and I'll be happy for them, especially Lebron and all the aftermath.

2. This Finals has so many storylines. Lebron trying to get his first ring, Dirk trying to get his (with this potential being his last chance), vindication of the Big 3, and twitter sermons if Miami wins.....LOL!!

Which team will be the next to do the "Big 3" thing? Which players?

Look for the Knicks to go after Chris Paul.

Lebron is the best player in the NBA and it isn't ONLY because of his shooting, passing or rebounding.

It's his defense.

How many players in league history can play lockdown defense on a lightning-quick MVP guard (D-Rose) and a soon-to-be Hall of Fame 7-foot sharpshooter (Nowitzki)?

Lebron's D is a huge part of the Heat's success.

In the 80's.

Celtics: Bird, McHale, Parish
Lakers: Magic, Worthy, Jabar

Yes.

Boston in 2008.

Some are saying some of the Lakers' teams of the 1980s.

Some say Boston teams of the 80s with Bird, McHale and some other person.

Idk I'm kind of torn if the superstar teams are good for the NBA. I've been reading both sides of the argument and I just don't know.

Ummm and this leads to this:

There are rumors of contraction being talked about. Which teams do you think they should contract if they are seriously considering it? Btw contraction is basically eliminating teams.

To me, it was Malone, Erving and Toney.  It was a great team no matter how you sliced it.

I definitely would not agree with wikipedia saying Grant or Kukoc made a "Big Three".  If anything Rodman made a "Big Three".

Lebron james Decision Part1 ,See It All

A year later, Lebron is 3 wins away from "validating" his "decision."

I will say this: I am one of the "ones" that believes it was in his plans to eventually team up with DWade and Bosh. Just my opinion.
