He'll have to wear a splint on his finger for the rest of the playoffs.   

That will surely affect his ball handling and even though it's his off hand it'll affect his shot.

The evolution of the Miami Heat squad throughout the season is something to behold.  I knew they'd eventually be good, offensively, but I'm way more impressed by how channeled they are defensively.

Yea, if anyone deserves a ring, I believe Kidd and Dirk do. LeBron and company still have time while Wade has one already.

Everybody talks about Dirk getting a ring before he retires, but Jason Kidd had a fantastic career.  There was a time when he was the best point guard in the league.

Shaquille O'Neal announces his retirement

O'Neal, 39, made the announcement via a video he posted on social networking site Twitter.

"We did it. Nineteen years baby. I want to thank you very much, that's why I'm telling you first, I'm about to retire," O'Neal said in the message.

A spokesman for the Boston Celtics - O'Neal's current team - says the player has not notified them of his plans.

Exactly why Lebron left Cleveland. He knows that to be in the "MJ" discussion (if MJ is still the standard. I say that because it seems like many may think Lebron becomes that standard) he must win rings.

No mo Shactus....No mo Big Aristotle...No mo BIG SHAMROCK! What iz we gone do?!?!?!?! I'm really glad he's calling it quits...he just couldn't keep playing due to his knee issues. I'm sure he'll be on ESPN, TNT, or somewhere. He may even become a cop.

nope, I think it shows that even with his injuries so many teams still wanted him cause of what he does even in limited minutes.

Tonight is a MUST-WIN for Dallas. History shows that the teams up 2-0 in finals end up winning the series around 90% of the time. Dallas has to do a better job of rebounding and making shots. I just don't like their dependence of the jumpshot. They need to drive in. Miami's defense is like......WOW!!!
