After last night's game, I might have to change my prediction. I WANT Dallas to win, but I'm thinking Miami just bought themselves a championship. Pun intended.
well, I guess it is time for me to get off the lakers bandwagon and hop on the Miami band wagon Plus, Chalmers went to my Alma Mater
If you need directions on how to get from the Lakers bandwagon to the Heat bandwagon, Bennet can help you.
Yea, if anyone deserves a ring, I believe Kidd and Dirk do. LeBron and company still have time while Wade has one already. But, like you... *kanyeshrug* ...not that I can blame them for buying one or LeBron wanting to obtain one.
Everybody talks about Dirk getting a ring before he retires, but Jason Kidd had a fantastic career. There was a time when he was the best point guard in the league.
O'Neal, 39, made the announcement via a video he posted on social networking site Twitter."We did it. Nineteen years baby. I want to thank you very much, that's why I'm telling you first, I'm about to retire," O'Neal said in the message.A spokesman for the Boston Celtics - O'Neal's current team - says the player has not notified them of his plans.

True. At the same time, I don't believe many players get into any league and merely want to be regarded as the best--they desire a championship. *kanyeshrug*
The evolution of the Miami Heat squad throughout the season is something to behold. I knew they'd eventually be good, offensively, but I'm way more impressed by how channeled they are defensively.
Just a thought/question:Does Shaq playing for so many teams over his career (Magic, Lakers, Heat, Suns, Cavaliers, Celtics) hurt his legacy at all?
