I am presently playing a set of Pearl ELX. My set up is 8x8, 8x10, 10x12, 12x14, 5.5x14, & 16x22 w/ 10"splash, 16"ride, 18" ride and 20" crash. I am looking for a new set in Pearl Master/ Reference, DW Maple, and Tama Starclassic Maple.[/size]

4 top of the line kits.  You can't go wrong with either one, so just pick the one you prefer the most.  I mean look at John Blackwell, Gerald Heywerd, and Dennis Chambers, who use tama, dw and pearl respectivley, but its hard to say the one of those guys' kit sounds better than the other, so just, if you can do some playin on each kit, maybe listen to some sound samples and pick what you like the most.  I personally like pearl masters, but thats just me.
