Hi guys
I am in need of resource or books on leading the youth. It has been a while since I have been part of a youth, but our pastor gave me the responsibiity of overseeing the youth.So I need resource to help our Youth Leader in running programs/icebreakers and managing the youth.

We have an upcoming Leadership forum and I want to do a talk on the responsibility of the ordinary church members, people normally only talk about the responsibilty of the leadership(deacons/elders/pastors) but I want to be different and talk about the responsibilty they have towards the church. Mentioned something about each leader in church and his/her responsibilty.

Anyone feel free to comment and gave me some guidelines, or even website to put this talk together.

We used a book a couple of years ago to teach youth and adults in a forum-type setting that runs twice a year.  I believe the title is "Making the Right Choices".  The author, I'm certain, is Josh McDowell.  Excellent subject matter, easy to teach, and it's relevant for all ages.  

It blessed us so much that it God lead us into developing a a guide for men and young boys.  We are entering into the final review stage and we hope for publication to begin soon.  If you want more info on it, send me a pm.
