Please do not laugh at me because I'm 23 and I'm a babe in Christ and don't know much about the bible because I just go saved this past Sunday.  Ok, the purpose of Jesus coming to earth was to serve man, warn man to repent, deliver man form sin and to heal the sick, right? When Mary was pregnant with baby Jesus, did she feel any pain at all while delivering Him?

Since Joseph had no experience in child birth (non-obstetrical), and say for instance if baby Jesus was a huge baby like he weighed 9 or 10 lbs, most women would traumatize herself delivering a huge baby like that. Well, if this were the case with Mary, as baby Jesus was coming out of the birth canal, because he was the anointed on, and a healer.

Do you think that as Mary was in the process of crowning, any trauma (tears) would have immediately healed up as her skin came in contact with His?

Could it be possible that God made it so that Mary did not feel any pain at all because she was chosen among all women? If you are chosen among all women, you would receive some kind of special treatment different from all the other women, right?

I don't mean to confuse anyone with my grammar. I dropped out of school when I was 16 and I plan to go back and get my G.E.D. in January.

Welcome to LGM, fleamarket!

You're asking questions that the bible just doesn't answer.  The only advice I can give is continue down the road of salvation and ask him when you reach your destination.

I was told year ago that Jesus didn't receive his anointing until He was 33 (until after John the Baptist Baptized Him) and therefore He didn't have the gift to heal, yet, but I believe His Healing virtue was there before birth.

I don't know.... I find it hard to believe that if his gift to heal was present at birth, then there had to be immediate healing to the birth canal if there were any tears or there was no way that she could have experienced any pain if she was giving birth to a healer. Unless I'm totally wrong!  ?/? Just something to think about that's all. I'm not being nosy, this question has been on my mind since I was a young girl.

1) Welcome to the body of Christ. This is best decision you could ever make in life.

2) I agree wit Nessa. Questions like these are pointless as they don't have anything to do with your salvation. I would just drop it and move on to more important things.

Welcome Flea + congrats!

T and Ness gave some excellent advice that's worth a year @ most Bible collegesIf it's in the WORD-run with it!If it's not or conjecture-run from it!

As far as your question about CHRIST's annointing-when Mary went to see her cousin who was 6 months' pregnant with John Baptist-he  lept in the womb @ just the sound of JESUS NAME.

JESUS was fully +perfectly COMPLETE before the beginning;HE just chose different times to reveal bits and pieces becaise of OUR limitations-NoT HIS.

Where are you at and what type of church do you go to?A good place to start is the book of JOHN.One of best bits of advice is to read several translation side by side which is easy to do online-as well as reading it out loud.

Faith comes by hearing of the WORD-for me that really helped.

I'm pretty sure Mary had a natural childbirth. :) Jesus did not heal everyone in his ministry. When we read the bible we've got to remember they were normal people like we are. They had emotions, faults, and flaws just like we do. I was talking to someone about this yesterday. We've got to be careful not to turn bible characters into super heros. Even Jesus though he was the son of God was made subject to things in this earthly realm although he was not bound by them.
Vision without action is just day dreaming. I miss practicing.

+1.

Everyone put it nicely as well.
It's not a bad thing to have these questions lingering on your mind. It shows that your mind is active. but you will find that as you spend more time reading your bible, building a prayer relationship with God, you will realize that some questions have no value add, they're just there to cause debate/ confusion.

Like Doc said, Jesus had power from the beginning of time, but that does not mean that now Mary should not live or give birth like any other natural human being [that's not to say she did].
But judging by God's principles, God does not remove circumstances away from us, but He gives us the grace to live right through them..just a thought...

I also had many other questions about certain things, and then I came across Deuteronomy 29:29 in the bible. It transformed my life. I only stressed myself about what mattered most to Jesus.
I wish it will give you some answers as well ;)
