I just realized something that Teej and Edge (what's his LGM name?) told me in a Skype session a while back.  I've been learning "Lord Prepare Me" (West Angeles) and when I practice it's hard to get the chords to flow smoothly as I have all these pauses while I remember or get to what comes next.  But every time I cut off, I play it through (up to the part I've learned) correctly one time, even if it's slow.  I find that when I return the next day or in a few days, it flows more smoothly than before.  I'm so excited about my progress, that's a hard song, and I'm tackling it!

Congrats Nessa. I'm doing the same thing wit some Chopin piecies. Once you get past the mechanics, the music really isn't that hard to grasp. And yes, I CARE!!!

Thanks, Block!  I love you, dude!  Sometimes my jurisdiction is looking to bring in a guest musician for big stuff like the convocation because I'm not quite there yet.  They always bring in shady dudes that don't really impart anything and are just about getting paid.  If I ever get a say, I'm recommending you.

That's debatable. There may be no clear definition in the first post, but the title implies that the thread will host things that NOBODY really cares about. If the poster himself actually cares, then SOMEONE does care, thus nullifying the truth of the title. Any post that opposes the truth of the thread title is a slap in the face to the OP and should be considered blatant disrespect and disregard.

Recommended course of action: either we banish FS to the dungeon for a period not to exceed 77 years, or we start a thread called THE SOMEBODY REALLY CARES THREAD, or we.... just.... continue to look at the trains.....
