If it's your clips that you would like to post, then you would need a site that hosts for the storage of your file. Once you have that, all you need to do is copy and paste (or type, if you already know the URL) it into the "URL" button that directly above your text box (for replies). After you've typed what you would like to convey to the learngospelmusic.com audience, click on the "close tags" link, and voila! You're on your way!
The same thing would apply if you want to post someone else's clips (from another site).
