AARON SPEARS !! !! !! !!! !!!!

I notice that a lot of cats on this forum get down with the Gerald Hayward,  Arron Spears type of drumming. That's cool. These guys are all pretty much loud, flashy, "look at me" drummers. But who would you put on a gig first: Arron or Lil" John Roberts?

Hi, Does anyone know where to find a Gerald Hayward or A. Spears discography? (live, cds, videos, everything available)
BTW-- Usher is playing with tracks, everything in his shows is sequenced.
I think Spears does a great job playing with tracks. I do it myself 6 nights a week (in cover band situations), and no matter how gifted you are, you cant land with the computer perfectly every time, and these guys do a much better job than I do. Give some props for that aspect of the gig.
I work 6 nights a week, 5 shows a night, and practice at least 2 hours during each day, and Im years (hopefully not decades) from reaching that level of playing perfection.

I like them both but Lil' John Roberts style is a little closer to my heart. d Aaron is putting all out there but in a couple years  and different musical situation he to will use his experience and growth and will do very well. The Usher gigs calls for exactly what he is doing.Lil'John's gigs are more versatile in that they range from fusion to jazz to pop and everything in between.
