of course my man spanky.but i heard boody  and thomas was sheding on one drumset and boody smoked thomas .this was an couple of weeks ago in like oakland or something like that in a rehearsal for an show.

Im gonna have to go with Spanky only becuase ive never heard the other cat live before. Ive been listening to spanky live for bout four years now and he never cease to amaze me. I just got back from convocation last week and he played the set that whole week.  Tye and GA did our concert that wednesday night after church. If you've never seen Spanky in concert he will leave you speechless!!!!!!!!!!!!!  SPANKY IS SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:evil: 1st off let me let myself be known. Its Tim Williams (Tha Bass Player, AKA:Thomas's partner in crime). I just had to say this. HOW DARE YALL CATS INSULT, AND DISRESPECT MY BOY THOMAS BY COMPARING HIM TO SOMEBODY LIKE SPANKY!!!!! :evil: But I 4got, this is a "GOSPEL" site, so I cant expect for all of yall cats to fully understand the world of music outside of Gospel. I have nothing against Spanky by any means, matter of fact, hes one of my favorite drummers. But 4real 4real, and Im not saying this because Thomas is my boy but.......... Thomas is in a class of his own. I WOULD BET MY OWN SOUL, THAT NOBODYS GONNA SIT DOWN AND KILL MY BOY. I mean keepin it real. Thomas has shedded with cats like Vinnie, Dennis Chambers, Tony Williams, REAL DRUMMERS!!!!!!!! This cat has shedded with Legends and has shown himself approved. I mean lets keep it all the way real! None the less there are plenty of myths and legends about these "SO CALLED" Sheds between Boody and Thomas, or Spanky and Thomas. Man thats all BS!!!! 90% of the cats on this site are from NYC, Philly, Bmore, and the DC area, I expect for yall cats to bat for anybody from around there. I must say, Spanky has never failed me in a single performance, I mean that cat is nothing short of amazing, Boody, Lil Mike Reid all them cats are SICK!! But it kills me and Thomas to actually sit and read about these so called "SHEDS" where Thomas was sapose to had gotten smoked, and HE WASNT EVEN THERE!!! STEP YA GAME UP!!!!!!!! NOBODY MENTIONED ON THIS SITE OTHER THAN GOD, IS NOWHERE NEAR SEEING THOMAS PRIDGEN, AND AARON SPEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW SIP ON THAT!!! :twisted:

Well,well,well another no-brainer!  Where do you guys get these verus question?  Haven't you guys been on gospel chops.com?  I'm sorry but even the common, idiot with no musical knowledge would know that Thomas will spank spanky.  Spanky is cold but he doesn't stand a chance.  If you are still in doubt please refer to the previous post by Rawbiness.   Oh yeah please don't put anymore posts comparing Thomas.  HE IS IN A LEAGUE OF HIS OWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  GOOD NIGHT!

man thomas pridgen is from a different planet. spanky is awesome, nobody said spanky isnt cold. i love hearing spanky play. he is blazing the scene right now. but u guys have not really heard thomas yet. he has been a literal beast since he was like 7. i have seen tapes. he is ahead of his time. but he is not on a gig where he can showcase it like spanky is. thomas is one of the best drummers on this planet, real talk. gospel chops  anit even showing what he can really do. thats just a little tease. the boy is so hot that its not fair. man im done typing.
