I gotta go with SupremeSaltine on this one. It's an A hamonic minor scale, starting and ending on C.
Take: C D E F G# A B C Change to: A B C D E F G# A There you have it!!!
The major scale is derived from the W-W-H-W-W-W-H formula. Example: A B C# D E F# G# A
The minor scale lowers the 3rd, 6th, and 7th scale degrees of the major scale. Example: A B C D E F G A
The harmonic minor scale has the raised 7th degree of the minor scale. Example: A B C D E F G# A
The melodic minor ascending scale has the raise 6th and 7th degrees of the minor scale. Example: A B C D E F# G# A
The melodic minor descending scale lowers the raised 6th and 7th degrees from the ascending scale. Example: A G F E D C B A
Everybody understand the major and minor scales? I hope so!!!
