A. Local Pastors are "the" worship leader (I Cor. 3:10)

2. Cheif musicians are stewards of the vision of local pastors. 1 Peter 5
3. Together, achitect and builder form a relation team committed to one purpose- bringing God's vision to pass in the life and ministry of God's church. (Eph 4L; I Cor. 12)

3. Who value excellence over perfection, compassion over control: a community heart.
4. Who value diligence over excuses, intergrity over self-interest: a committed heart.
5 Who value being led as much as leading, serving as much as being served: a servant's heart.
Key Question: Are you committed to our common mission?

8. Be as passionate about the success of your family as you are about the success of worship. (OUCH!!!!!)
Key Question: Are you trustworthy??
D. Pastors will never be perfect leaders. Protect them in their times of weakness/
1. Love us enough to tell us when we hurt you.
2. Love us enough to pray regularly for and with us.
3. Love us enough to respectfully challenge our paradigns and biases.
4. Love us enough to stand by us and for us.
5. Love us enough to invest as much mercy as you hope to receive in your times of trouble.
6. Love us enough to refuse gossip in any form.
