New bass player for COGIC

Hey Just wanted to know if anyone could help me with siome simple runs that will help me with everyday services. ya know something to start me out on. I know nothing about anything a bass should know. I am the babies of the babies. In other words, HELP!!!.

simple minor run the first i learned and still use u can get so many diffrent thing s out of it
in Ab the notes are
minor run
Ab B Db Eb Gb Ab find the pattern in this you can use it in any key

major run
Ab Bb C Eb F Ab   find the pattern
