Just to keep it simple lets start out using the most popular keys in gospel music. Bb Db Eb Gb and F. For example play the exercise starting with the Bb major scale in your low register at 50 bpm working your way up to 120 bpm

then start the exercise over playing your Bb major scale above the 12th fret, then move on to the next scale...GOT IT!

Exercise one( Play the numbers) 1-4-5-2-3-7-6-1
Exercise two(play the numbers) 1-8-4-6-3-2-7-5
