Well, the Titans let Kyle Vanden Bosch get away, and more than likely we;re gonna lose Keith Bulluck too.  That ACL injury played right into their hands.  Next issue will be keeping Chris Johnson happy because they offered LenDale White a $1.8 million tender offer when he was complaining about not playing a lot last year(I call it jealousy due to all of the attention CJ got) and he even said he wanted to be traded.  CJ is making a pretty paltry salary considering what he did last year and the work he put in.  More than likely the titans are looking for an injury to make some folks expendable.  Sad, but true.  They do it all of the time.  More than likely Jevon Kearse will not be coming back either for that very reason.

Jake Delhomme cut by Panthers!!!

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4967109

This has got to be the most suprising story of the offseason! Maybe not suprising but I tell you there has got to be a few praise breaks going on in Charlotte!

I was real shocked by this cut. I thought he would at least battle with Matt Moore for the starting job. Since they let Peppers go, it was easy to cut Jake I guess. They let about 4 more vets go on defense as well. The season should be interesting. I'm looking to see what they are going to do in the draft.

I heard someone say the Panthers are trying to get as lean(money wise) as possible because of the possible strike in 2011.

Wasn't his production down this season? If that be so, then I don't think that makes much of an improvement to their secondary.....unless Sexy Rexy ::) can do something with him. :-\

Cromartie is more of a physical man up type of CB....the kind that lets good ol Rex blitz like fire because he has 2 corners that can both play man very well...He's probably one of if not the most athletic corner in the league and he definitely has skills to go with...change of scenery might do him some good

Hmmmm, with that said, it will be interesting to see what he can do in a new uniform.

If they don't improve when it counts (during the regular season), are they really major players? :-\

That was what I was expecting, not just a total cut. But I'm not suprised but more shocked!

They should've tried to acquire Kerry Rhodes.  :-\
