I would like to offer a special word of encouragement to Herman who I affectionately call Dr. Peach...

This is the day and this the hour of your true miracle.  I appreciate you sharing your life with us here on LGM.  You share your successes and failures as well as your triumphs.  You continue to make yourself transparent and where others are afraid to speak or choose not to speak about their problems and thier situation..... you willing open yourself up to the ridicule criticism and  the comments of others.  Because you are honest and you share...MANY are blessed.  I want to say that God has a great work for you to do... you were annointed from the day you were born....walk in it...let go and get over the past....so you may be "catepolted" into your Divine Destiny!  You are a blessing as well as a mess here on LGM and I appreciate your life and respect your ministry.

I would also like to encourage Dre2004!

When I first came to LGM, I never talked to people other than to respond to posts on the message boards or respond when they talked to me. But you were one of the only ones to IM me and encourage me and make me feel very welcome here! That was like 2 years ago!! Your personality is just really bright and you are a true man of God and I thank you for YOUR encouragement!! Many times I have felt like I was the one doing all the encouraging and never getting encouragement in return, but I thank you for always having something to say that got me through my day!! May God bless you richly and prosper you (I know He will!!). ;D

I must amen that. Never a negative word has been typed from your hands. Never have you been involved in a disturbance or dispute. Always , you provide us with the RIGHT word at the ROGHT time. THANK YOU!

The title of "Encourager" should easily be bestowed upon you. Please, don't ever change being who you are: The Bear. I have to stop by and encourage Daryl and ReddGirl....I keep saying this, but if you didn't decide in 2001 to come up with this idea, we would not have been able to make friendships that we have here through LGM.  I truly thank you two for listening to God and just always going the extra mile so that we can conveniently use the site for music as well as friendships.  I love you and appreciate you for what you do.

Awww.... Thanks Bear.  I think it was said before, but from me to you, I want to say that just your presence here tends to lift my spirits, you are such a blessing to me, and I really admire you as a woman of God.  You are one of those people who make LGM what it is to me.

Okay, I think I can do 500 of these by myself!

Okay this one is to a person so beautiful and talented that we had to give her a name for each of the many hats she wears.  SisterT, when I first met you through EarnestandRoline.com, I never imagined what a wonderful person I was about to have the pleasure of knowing.  Since then, I've found you to be such an example of a true woman of God. 

I appreciate your candor, and your ability to forgive and forget, and even to ask forgiveness, these are the marks of a true leader.  I also appreciate your sense of fairness and impartiality (even though we know who your favorite is  ;)).  Whenever I see your name in a thread, I know I'm going to be blessed with a good laugh to make my day, some wise counsel, or something else that is worth reading. 

Thanks for being such an approachable, loving, down-to-earth, saint of God.
