I may have to go with Tom Terrific on this one but it's SO close.

VERY close.

Really?  Even though Brady had 4 ints against the Bills and the Packers are undefeated?

To be fair, two of those pics weren't Brady's fault at. all.

I said it's close. If we're talking, solely, about this moment with the first quarter of the season complete, I can agree with you that Rodgers is the league MVP.

Over the season, I think Brady will continue his superior play and, along the way, Rodgers will throw his share of picks, as well.

I'd say that's likely.

Ravens defense... holy smokes!

It was the Jets O-line.  We lost Pro Bowl Center Nick Mangold and had NO OTHER COMPETENT CENTER ON THE ROSTER.

How's that for roster management?   :(

So we had fumbled snaps because the dudes playing Center weren't really Centers.  We also had a TON of blown assignments on the O-line and pressure right up the middle.  The Center is vital to the Offensive Line.  The shortest path to the QB is right up the middle.  Our line looked worse than I've ever seen it.

Yes the Ravens have a great defense, but the fact that the Jets were completely unprepared for an injury at Center is the true story.  How do you not carry at least one other true Center on your roster?

Well stated.  I find it hilarious that Sanchez is my backup QB and he had -3 or some crap like that, lol!

I've been saying Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the league, and thus far, he has played like it.  I think he is the MVP so far for the season, and then I would put MegaTron second.

I just looked up his stats.

He's 14th in receiving yards.  So while he has 3 more TDs than anyone else I don't know about him being the second most valuable player in the league.

The question becomes which do you want a WR who covers a lot of field or a WR who gets into the most important portion of the field?

Even with that, Brady would have to be above Megatron on the list for MVP.

I know he's ranked 14th(now...lol), but for him to avg 6 catches, 80 yds, and 2 tds per game is very impressive.  With Tom Brady, I feel his offensive line is ridiculous, and they pave the way for his success...has Tom Brady even been toouched?

I'll never understand this logic. Brady should be penalized because his O-line does what it's paid to do? :-\ ?/?

Give Alex Smith the same O-line and he doesn't put up Brady-like numbers. *kanyeshrug*

Was that a jab at my QB?  >:( >:( >:( :D

I don't think Smith would put up Brady like numbers, but I believe he could put Cassel like numbers...ijs

Thus my point.  Brady is Brady beyond the fact that his O-line does its job in keeping him upright.
